摘要
应用力学方法分析了软纤维在半刚性基层材料中的抗裂机理,探讨了影响该抗裂机理的主要因素,然后通过室内劈裂试验对影响因素进行具体分析,得到软纤维具有加筋和分散集中荷载的作用,从而提高了半刚性基层材料的抗裂性能,最后提出了用28 d劈裂试验测试纤维最佳掺量的方法。
The anti-cracking mechanism of semi-rigid base material blended with soft fiber is analyzed by the way of mechanics and main factors affecting the property of anti-cracking are explored. Then through splitting test in-door, these factors are analyzed in detail, the property of soft fiber with strengthening and tributing the centralized load are found, so it improve the property of anti-cracking. Last, testing way (28d splitting test) of the optimal volume of different fibers to semi-rigid base are brought forward in the paper.
