摘要
目的 了解绍兴市妇幼保健院0-5岁婴幼儿急性呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)不同年龄段感染、季节性分布、重症感染分布情况,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法 收集2011年1月—2012年12月急性呼吸道感染住院患儿血清标本3788份,其中男性标本2299份,女性标本1489份,采用胶体金法检测肺炎支原体特异性抗体Ig M,对不同年龄段、不同季节、重症感染分布情况进行调查分析。结果 3788血清标本中,肺炎支原体感染总阳性率15.47%,男性标本阳性率13.35%,女性标本阳性率18.74%,女性患儿Ig M抗体阳性率较高,P〈0.01;〈1岁婴幼儿标本阳性率9.01%;1-2岁婴幼儿标本阳性率27.36%;3-5岁婴幼儿标本阳性率29.51%,1-2岁婴幼儿组和3-5岁婴幼儿组感染率较高,P=0.000;春季送检标本阳性率18.59%、夏季送检标本阳性率11.00%、秋季送检标本阳性率10.99%、冬季送检标本阳性率11.65%,春季阳性率最高,P=0.000;3-5岁婴幼儿组中重症肺炎支原体感染率最高,占1.47%。结论 0-5岁婴幼儿急性呼吸道肺炎支原体感染春季发病率较高,以女性患儿为多见,1-5岁年龄段婴幼儿急性呼吸道肺炎支原体感染较常见。重症肺炎支原体感染多见于年长儿。
Objective To investigate the epidemiology of Mycoplasma Pneumoniate( MP) on different age groups of children,seasonal distribution and the age distribution of severe infections,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma infections. Methods Total 3788 children( male 2299 and female 1489) with acute respiratory infection( ARI) were recruited into this study from 2011. 1 to 2012. 12. M. pneumoniae Ig M antibody was detected by colloidal gold particle agglutination method. The distribution characteristics of MP were investigated by ages,seasons and genders.Results The total Mycoplasma infections rate was 15. 47%,in which 13. 35% for the males and 18. 74% for the females,the difference was significant( P〈0. 01). The positive rate in the infants aged less than 1 year was 9. 01%,in the infants aged 1 to 2 years old was 27. 36%,and in the children aged 3 to 5 years old was 29. 51%,the latter two age groups were with higher positive rate( P = 0. 000). There were epidemiological differences in positive rate of MP in different seasons( spring 18. 59%,summer11. 00%,fall 10. 99%,winter 11. 65%),the rate of Mycoplasma Pneumoniate in spring was the highest. The rate of severe Mycoplasma Pneumoniate in 3- 5 years old group was the highest.Conclusion Acute respiratory tract mycoplasma infection had a high incidence in the spring in children aged 0 to 5 years old,especially in the females. The severe Mycoplasma Pneumoniate is more common in 3 to 5 years old children.
