摘要
目的：研究易贝滴眼液联合高渗氯化钠滴眼液治疗丝状角膜炎的疗效。方法将本院2011－02～2014－02间诊治的丝状角膜炎患者60例，按照数字表格法分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用高渗氯化钠滴眼液治疗，观察组采用易贝滴眼液联合高渗氯化钠滴眼液治疗，1个月内观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果治疗1周后，观察组治疗有效率为83.33％，对照组有效率为60.00％，差异显著；治疗2周后，观察组治疗有效率为93.33％，对照组为80.00％，差异显著；疗程结束后，观察组有效率100.00％，对照组有效率90.00％，差异显著；两组均无严重的不良反应。结论易贝滴眼液联合高渗氯化钠滴眼液治疗丝状角膜炎，疗效确切，可以缩短治疗周期，提高治愈率，临床治疗丝状角膜炎时可以优先考虑该方法。
Objective To study the Yibei joint hypertonic saline eye drops in the treatment of filamentary keratitis after clinical obser -vation.Methods 60 patients with filamentary keratitis in the hospital from February , 2011 to February , 2014 , according to the digital form, were divided into two groups , with 30 cases in each group.Hypertonic saline eye drops was used in the control group , and based on this Yibei saline eye drops was used in the observation group.The treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed in two groups of pa-tients within a month.Results After a week, the effective treatment rate of patients in the observation group was 83.33%, and the effec-tive rate in the control group was 60.00%.The efficiency of the two groups was significantly different.After 2 weeks of treatment , the ob-servation group therapy effective rate was 93.33%, and that of the control group was 80.00%.The difference was significant.After the treatment, the cure rate was 100.00%in the observation group , and that of the control group was 90.00%.The difference was significant.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Yibei combined hypertonic chloride sodium eye drops filamentary keratitis treatment has accurate effect , can shorten the treatment period , and improve the cure rate.Clinical filamentary keratitis can give priority to the method.
