摘要
黑睛发病,局部表现主要是翳障,黑睛生翳即角膜混浊,是指在角膜损伤修复过程中,正常的角膜组织被纤维组织取代,从而影响了角膜的透明度,是一类影响视力甚至致盲的眼病。中医学对其多有论述,针对黑睛生翳,使用具有退翳功效的中药消除翳障,促进黑睛恢复正常状态,是中医眼科治疗黑睛生翳独特的治法。本文通过回顾文献中治疗黑睛生翳所使用的相关中药,发现退翳类中药多归肝经,多寒凉可清热,或兼有补虚的作用。现代药理学研究发现,退翳类中药具有消炎抗菌、抑制瘢痕形成等作用。本文就退翳明目中药治疗黑睛生翳的研究进展予以综述。
The local manifestations of corneal disease are mainly nebula,which is the change of corneal opacity.The normal corneal tissue replaced by fibrotic tissue during wound repair.It is a type of eye disease that affects vision,even leads to blindness.There are many discussions about it in Chinese medicine.Aiming at corneal nebula,promoting the cornea return to normal state,Tuiyi Mingmu Chinese medicinals is a unique therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of corneal nebula.This article reviewed the related Chinese medicines used in the literature for the treatment of corneal nebula and found that the Tuiyi Mingmu Chinese medicinals mostly were grouped under the liver meridian,which could clear away heat and replenish deficiency.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Tuiyi Mingmu Chinese medicinals have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects and inhibiting scar formation.This article reviewed the research progress of Tuiyi Mingmu Chinese medicinals for the treatment of corneal nebula.
