基于响应曲面法后装压缩式垃圾车的试验研究

摘要 为确定后装压缩式垃圾车的装载性能的关键参数,以装载质量为指标,以填装口距地面高度、压实板与竖直面最大角度及装载角为影响因素,采用三因素三水平响应曲面法并运用Design-Expert.V8.0.6软件建立了响应指标与影响因素的回归方程.试验结果显示最优参数组合为:填装口距地面高度为868.94mm、压实板与竖直面最大角度为50°和装载角为66.97°,此时装载质量为7.697吨,为后装压缩式垃圾车整车的设计提供了理论基础. In order to determine the key parameters of back -loaded compaction garbage handler , an or-thogonal regressive test with three factors and three levels was designed in the experiment with the distance be -tween ground and loading port , the max angle between compression unit and vertical plane and loading angle as influence factors and loading quality as response index .Then the regression models between response index and factors were established using Design -Expert.V8.0.6.The best combination was that the distance between ground and loading port of 868.94mm, the max angle between compression unit and vertical plane of 50°and loading angle of 66.97°, and at that time the loading quality was 7.697 tons, which provides theoretical basis for design of the whole machine .
