摘要
创新是管理的永恒话题,而创新来自于不断地管理变革与实践。当前,人力资源管理正在迈入了人力资本价值管理时代,在这个过程中,许多创新主题应运而生,涉及到人力资源的价值创造的来源、实现方式、效能管理、激励驱动模式,以及互联网时代大数据模式下人力资源聚集形式,传统管理模式如何焕发新活力等等。本文基于企业的管理实践,在对企业人力资源管理最优实践进行总结、提练与升华,和对企业当前最新探索和热点问题进行理论解读的基础上,提出了当前人力资源管理领域值得关注的二十个关键词,供业界关注和思考。
Innovation is the eternal topic of management, and the innovation comes from the continuous management reform and practice. At .present, the human resources management is entering the era of human capital value management. In this process, many innovative themes emerged, which are relate to the source of value creation of human resource, performance management, incentive and the realization way of driving mode, and the Intemet era of big data gathered form human resource mode, the traditional management model to a new vitality and so on. This paper was based on the management practice of enterprises, and it puts forward twenty key concern for the field of Human Resource Management, which are more attention on the mature enterprise optimal practice summarize, refine and sublimate, and theoretical interpretation of the current enterprise to explore the latest and hot issues. Maybe it can be given attention and thinking.
