利用热式质量流量计对空压站房中的两种不同类型的空压机进行在线空气流量测试,介绍此种流量计的工作原理,如何选型,以及工程测量过程;对测试的数据做分析对比,从能耗角度来说明新型压缩机在改造过程中的优势;此文可为老式空压站房的改造工程提供参考。
Thermal mass flowmeter is used to test air flow rate for two different types of compressor on line in an old air compressor station. Article will introduce work theory of thermal mass flowmeter, process of instrument selection and testing; Then make a comparing and analyzing for all test data, and introduce ad- vantage in the view of saving energy on new air compressor. The article can be a sample in the engineering of old air compressor station renovation.
