摘要 差压式流量计具有结构简单、牢固耐用、精度稳定、适应性强等优点,在流量仪表市场具有广泛的应用。其种类繁多、性能各异。为了尽可能地发挥各仪表的长处、避其短处,准确、可靠地测量被测流体的流量,对近年来国内市场广泛应用的新型差压式流量计性能进行了分析比较,阐述了环形孔板流量计、均速管流量计、平衡孔板流量计、V形锥流量计和矩形流量计的原理、特点及主要特征参数。根据各仪表的优缺点,选用者应针对性地加以选择,以更好地发挥各仪表的使用价值。 In market sharing of flow instruments, differential pressure flowmeter occupies the top position because of its features of simple structure, solid and durable, stable precision, and adaptability, etc. Due to the wide variety and difference performances, in order to make the most of the strengths of each instrument, avoid its weaknesses, and accurately and reliably to measure the fluid flow, the performance of the new types of differential pressure flowmeters that widely being used in domestic market are analyzed and compared; their principles, characteristics and major parameters are elaborated. In accordance with the advantages and disadvantages of various instruments, The users should select most suitable instrument for specific application may better exert the use value of each kind of instrument.
