摘要
目的:探讨嗅沟脑膜瘤的显微外科治疗策略及其疗效。方法:对25例经过显微外科手术治疗的嗅沟脑膜瘤患者的临床资料及术后随访情况进行回顾性研究。结果:根据simpson分级方法,Ⅰ级17例,Ⅱ级8例,无手术死亡病例。患者嗅觉均无恢复,7例视力障碍的好转,5例得到改善,2例无变化,15例头痛患者均有改善。术后1年均进行随访,均无复发,6例患者新增轻微精神症状。结论:通过显微外科手术治疗,选择合理的手术方案,嗅沟脑膜瘤可以获得理想的疗效。
Objective：To evaluate the methods and therapeutic effect of microsurgical treatment of olfactory groove meningioma.Method：The clinical data of 25 cases with olfactory groove meningioma were researched retrospectively.Result：According to Simpson Grading of meningioma resection,17 cases received Grade Ⅰ resection,8 cases received Grade Ⅱ resection,no operative mortality.No patient with anosmia recovered.5 cases in 7 cases with visual impairment improved.15 cases with headache improved.All cases were followed up in 1 year after operation,no recurrence happened,6 cases had slight psychiatric symptoms after operation.Conclusion：By means of microsurgical treatment and sound method,cases with olfactory meningioma can be cured satisfactorily.
