摘要
以涤粘水刺非织造布为研究对象,分析了不同水刺非织造布的均匀性和透湿性能,并且分析了孔隙率和涤粘成分对涤粘水刺非织造布透湿性能的影响。结果表明,水刺非织造布均匀性均较好;涤粘水刺非织造布的透湿系数,先随着涤纶含量的增加而减小,后随着涤纶含量的增加而增大。
With polyester-viscose spunlaced nonwovens as the research object, this paper analyzes the evenness and water vapor permeability of different spunlaced nonwovens and the influence of porosity factor and polyester/viscose component on the water vapor permeability of polyester viscose spunlaced nonwovens. The result shows that spunlaced nonwovens have good evenness and moisture permeability coefficient of polyester-viscose spunlaced nonwovens first decreases and then increases with the increase of polyester content.
