摘要
基于寒冷盐碱地区的工程环境下水泥混凝土路面的剥蚀特点,通过聚合物与水泥基材料有效复合的方法,配制了水泥混凝土路面罩面修复砂浆。采用正交试验研究了水胶比、胶砂比、胶粉掺量和硅粉掺量等4个因素对罩面修复砂浆收缩性能的影响,建立了罩面修复砂浆的收缩模型。结果表明:聚合物5044胶粉对砂浆早期收缩有一定的"补偿"作用,但在后期砂浆的收缩率会随着聚合物掺量的增加而增大;14d之前水胶比对砂浆收缩性能影响最大,而之后随着收缩龄期的增长,胶粉掺量和硅粉掺量对砂浆收缩影响变得越来越显著;在收缩龄期28d至120d之间,硅粉掺量对砂浆收缩的影响最大;在收缩龄期150d后,胶粉掺量对砂浆收缩影响则最为显著。胶粉掺量在5%~10%之间的变化,对砂浆收缩无明显影响。
Based on denudation characteristics of concrete pavement in cold saline-alkaline regions, a new mortar used to repair pavement overlay (MRPO) has been prepared by composite of polymer and cement-based materials. An orthogonal experiment is carried out to study the impact of water-cement ratio, cement-sand ratio, latex powder, and silica fume on shrinkage properties of MRPO, and a shrinkage model of MRPO is established by fitting analysis in this paper. The results show that the latex powder 5044 has some "compensation" effect to mortar shrinkage in early time, hut in the late time, the mortar shrinkage increases with increasing of latex powder content. Water-cement ratio takes the greatest impact on the mortar shrinkage before 14d, then silica fume content does between 28d and 120d, and latex powder content does after 150d. When latex powder content varies between 5%-10%, it has no obvious influence on mortar shrinkage.
