microRNA对脓毒症发生发展的作用探讨 被引量:5

摘要 脓毒症是由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,死亡率高,发病机制复杂,早期诊断和治疗尤为重要。microRNAs是近几年新发现的一类调节细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的一类重要的小分子RNA。它的研究在遗传、肿瘤及免疫等领域取得重要成就,但在脓毒症方面还不太透彻。多种microRNAs在脓毒症时发生变化,本文对在脓毒症发生发展过程中六种主要microRNAs的调控作用做一综述。 Sepsis is the state of infection resulted from systemic inflammatory response syndrome, with high mortality and complex mechanism. Early diagnosis and treatment are significant. MicroRNAs are small RNA molecules that regulate embryogenesis, differentiation and apoptosis found in most recent years, microRNAs participate in heredity, cancer, immunity and so on, which have made great achievements, but the influence of microRNAs on sepsis is still unclear. Many microRNAs are expressed in septic patients. The review focuses on the regulatory function of six main microRNAs in the development of sepsis.
