摘要 微小RNA-146a(miR-146a)是具有免疫调节功能的内源性RNA,为非编码的单链小分子,可在所有细胞中普遍表达。miR-146a通过与特定mRNA的靶向结合在转录后水平调节目的基因的表达,从而调控不同的生物学活动,如分化、发育、信号传导、免疫应答和稳态。在脓毒症早期,miR-146a迅速大量合成分泌到各种体液中,并可在临床检测。作为免疫系统负性调节分子,miR-146a主要通过抑制炎症信号通路、调节巨噬细胞和T细胞的分化、维持机体的免疫耐受水平等方式,从基因水平影响机体的免疫应答,达到抑制机体过度炎症的结果。该文综述了miR-146a与脓毒症免疫应答调控间关系研究进展。 microRNA-146 a(miR-146 a)is an endogenous RNA with immunomodulatory function.It is a non-coding single-stranded small molecule that can be universally expressed in all cells.miR-146 a regulates the expression of target genes at the post-transcriptional level through targeted binding to specific mRNAs,thereby regulating different biological activities,such as differentiation,development,signal transduction,immune response and homeostasis.In the early stage of sepsis,miR-146 a is rapidly synthesized and secreted into various body fluids in large quantities and is clinically detected.As a negative regulator of the immune system,miR-146 a mainly affects the body’s immune response at the genic level by inhibiting inflammatory signal pathways,regulating the differentiation of macrophages and T cells,and maintaining the body’s immune tolerance level.So that excessive inflammation in the body is inhibited.This article describes the relationship between miR-146 a and immune response regulation in sepsis.
