摘要
基于Catia和Adams软件建立了齿形链传动系统的多体动力学仿真模型,研究了齿形链与链轮传动过程中的横向振动特性,分析了主动轮和从动轮扭转振动以及链节的横向振动的时域响应和频域响应。结果表明齿形链的横向振动呈现周期性,在啮合频率附近振幅最大。
The lateral oscillation simulation model of silent chain drive system was created based on the software of Catia and Adams, and then lateral vibration feature during the chain drive was re- searched. The time domain response and frequency domain response of Torque vibration and lateral vibration was analyzed. The results showed that the lateral vibration is periodic, and the maximum amplitude occurrs at the place near the meshing frequency.
