摘要
目的探讨优势个案管理模式对社区精神分裂症患者康复疗效和生活质量的影响。方法将符合入组标准的社区精神分裂症患者164例采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组，各82例；干预组应用个案管理优势模式服务，对照组接受常规随访服务。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）、个体和社会功能量表（PSP）、生活满意度量表（LSIA）和精神分裂症病人生活质量量表（sQLS）进行干预前后的评估。结果入组时，两组患者各量表评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，干预组的PANSS、PSP、ITAQ、LSIA和SQLS评分分别为（47．54±6．20），（62．24±7．56），（13．23±4．63），（9．80±3．54），（94．04±31．75）分，明显优于对照组的（50．59±8．62），（58．60±7．90），（11．26±5．48），（8．46±3．74），（109．35±38．28）分，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个案优势管理模式对社区精神分裂症的康复有利，并能改善其生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of strength--oriented case management of community on rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Schizophrene in community met the inclusion criteria of 164 cases were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group , 82 cases in each group. Strength--oriented case management was given to intervention group , the con- trol group received routine follow--up service, Positive and Negative Symptom Scale （PANSS）, Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire（ITAQ）, the Personal and Social Performance scale （PSP）, Life Satisfaction Scale（LSIA）and Chinese Version of the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale（SQLS） were used to assess for all patients. Results There were no significant differences in PANSS, PSP,ITAQ, LSIA ~] SQLS between both groups in the beginning. After intervention, the total scores of PANSS, PSP, ITAQ, LSIA, SQLS in the intervention group [ （47.54± 6.20 ）, （ 62.24± 7.56 ）, （ 13.23± 4.63 ）, （9.80±3. 54）, （94.04±31.75） ]were significantly superior to those in the control group [（50. 59 ~ 8.62）, （58.60± 7.90）, （11.26 ± 5.48）, （8.46 ± 3.74）, （109.35 ±38.28）], and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The strength--oriented case man- agement in in community was favourable for the recovery of schizophrenia and can improve their quality of life.
