摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在重性精神病患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院精神心理科2017年3月—2019年3月收治的重性精神病患者70例为研究对象.通过随机数字表将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组35例.对照组患者采用常规分级护理,研究组患者采用预见性护理.比较两组患者护理前后的攻击行为评分、社会功能评分及临床护理效果.结果护理前,两组患者的语言攻击、自身攻击、他人攻击、财物攻击评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的各项评分均低于护理前,且研究组各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者的生活能力、交往情况、活动技能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的各项社会功能评分均高于护理前,且研究组各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的护理总有效率为94.28%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论重性精神病患者采用预见性护理可取得显著的护理效果,可减少患者的攻击行为,提升其社会能力,值得在临床中推广和应用.
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in patients with severe mental illness.Methods 70 patients with severe mental illness admitted to the Psychiatric Department of the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into a study group and acontrol group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine graded nursing,and patients in the study group were treated with predictive nursing.The aggressive behavior score,social function score and clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the language attack,self attack,others'attack and belongings attack scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients’living ability,communication status,and activity skill scores(P>0.05);after nursing,the social function scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before nursing,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was 94.28%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing for patients with severe mental illness can achieve significant nursing effects,reduce patients'aggressive behaviors,and improve their social capabilities.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
