摘要 针对加成型硅橡胶包覆炸药件催化剂中毒以及脱粘问题,对影响加成型硅橡胶硫化过程的因素及其粘接性开展研究。结果表明:防中毒剂异丙醇铝可较好解决炸药加成型硅橡胶包覆催化剂中毒的问题;催化剂种类及加料顺序对硫化速度有一定影响;适当的硅烷偶联剂以及适宜的表面处理方法可有效改善加成型硅橡胶对炸药的粘接性能。 Aimed at catalyst poisoning and debonding of addition silicone rubber for explosive coating, the influence factors of sulfuration of addition silicone rubber and its adhesive property were investigated. The results showed that aluminium isopropoxide as the poison protection agent can effectively solve the catalyst poisoning problem, the types of the catalysts and the charging sequence have some effect on the vulcanization speed of the silicone rubber, meanwhile, adhesive properties between the addition silicone rubber and explosive can be effectively improved, by using proper silane coupling agent and surface modification method.
