摘要
以高科技创新企业的研发人员为研究对象,通过相关分析和路径研究,发现企业文化不但正向影响员工的心理资本,而且对员工的工作绩效和创新绩效有显著增益作用,且这种影响是通过提升员工心理资本实现的;同时员工的心理资本也正向影响员工的工作绩效和创新绩效。揭示了基于心理资本的科技创新人才开发的文化生态机制,构建了企业文化、心理资本和员工绩效之间的影响路径模型,为科技创新人才的科学开发提供了文化生态路径。
The study focus on the high- tech innovative talents of high- tech innovative enterprises by correlation analysis and path analysis . The results of research shows that corporate culture of the high--tech inno- vative enterprises not only has a positive impact on psychological capital of the staff, but also has a positive impact on job performance and innovation performance of employees and this effect is achieved by increasing psychological capital of the staff. Employees' psychological capital also positively influences job performance and innovation per- formance. This study shows that a model on cultural and ecological system of technological and innovational talented person based on psychological capital is set up, which will provide a Cultural and Ecological path for the high--tech innovative enterprises fully playing the advantages of talented person.
