摘要
目的：探究CT诊断在过敏性肺炎患者诊断中的表现。方法选取我院在2003年11月～2013年11月收治的10例过敏性肺炎患者，均对其进行CT检查，回顾分析所有的CT影像资料、临床资料，分析所有患者的CT影像图特点和诊断结果。结果在研究的10例过敏性肺炎患者中，经CT扫描，均未见胸膜异常、纵膈或肺门淋巴结肿大患者。5例患者肺内散在斑片、小结节状结节，节点、斑片多位于肺叶中部位置；3例患者肺内磨玻璃样病变，肺尖肺、底略少，双肺中部为主；2例患者肺内结构变形。结论在过敏性肺炎患者诊断中，利用CT诊断可取得满意的诊断效果，为疾病确诊科学依据，为疾病治疗提供影像分析资料。
ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic performance of CT in patients with hypersensitivity pneumonitis.Methods 10 patients of hypersensitivity pneumonitis in our hospital from November 2003 to November 2013 were diagnosed by CT, retrospective analysed of all of the CT image data, clinical data, analyzed all the characteristics of the patient＆#39;s CT image diagnosis results.Results In 10 patients with hypersensitivity pneumonitis study, CT scan showed no abnormal pleura, mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy patients. 5 patients with lung scattered patches, small nodular nodules, nodes, patches and more in the middle lobe position, 3 cases of ground-glass-like lesions in patients with lung, lung apex end slightly less, mainly middle lungs, 2 cases of patients with lung structure deformation.Conclusions In patients with allergic diagnosis of pneumonia, the use of CT in diagnosis can lead to satisfactory diagnostic results and provide image analysis data.
