摘要
目的:探讨肾癌的电子计算机断层扫描(CT)诊断及分期与病理诊断对照的临床应用价值。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年2月收治的30例肾癌患者,根据其CT诊断表现与手术病理诊断分期情况进行研究比较。结果:所有患者于临床术前进行CT检查,总体检查正确率在80%以上。结论:术前CT诊断对于临床观察病变大小与癌症分期具有临床使用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application value of computed tomography（CT） diagnosis and staging method for kidney cancer by comparing with the pathologic diagnosis method. Methods 30 patients with kidney cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2013 were studied according to their CT manifestations and pathologic diagnosis. Results All patients were examined by CT with general inspection accuracy above 80 %. Conclusion Preoperative CT diagnosis for clinical observation of the lesion size and cancer staging has clinical use value.
