摘要
采用水热法,以CeCl3·7H2O为铈源、NaOH为矿化剂、乙二胺为络合剂制备具有单晶结构的CeO2纳米杆。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和选区电子衍射(SAED)对产物的物相进行表征,使用扫描电镜(SEM)与透射电镜(TEM)对产物形貌进行表征,使用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析产物表面的价态,使用拉曼光谱(Raman)分析产物中的缺陷。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得产物具有室温铁磁性(RTFM),饱和磁化强度(Ms)为0.167 emu/g,矫顽力(HC)为165 Oe,铁磁性的起源可能与产物中存在氧空位与Ce3+有关。
CeO2 nanopoles were synthesized by hydrothermal method using CeCl3·7H2O as cerium,NaOH as mineralizer and ethylenediamine as complexant. The crystal phase,morphology and the valence state and defect on the surface of sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),selective area electron diffraction( SAED) transmission electron microscope( TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and Raman spectroscopy. Magnetization measurements exhibite room temperature ferromagnetism( RTFM) with saturation magnetization( Ms) of 0. 167 emu /g,and coercivity( HC) of 165 Oe,which is likely associated with Ce3+and oxygen vacancies in the CeO2 nanopoles.
