Alzheimer病早期生物学标志物研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Alzheimer病(AD)是以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经系统退行性病变,是最常见的痴呆类型之一。流行病学调查研究[1]显示,65岁以上人群AD患病率达5%左右,85岁以上人群患病率超过50%。随着人口老龄化和平均寿命的延长,其患病率逐年上升。AD常导致老年人丧失工作、社交和生活自理能力,不仅严重影响其生活质量,也会给家庭和社会带来巨大的负担[2]。
