摘要 Alzheimer病（AD）是以进行性认知功能障碍和记忆损害为特征的原发性中枢神经系统退行性疾病。AD起病隐匿，近5年来AD各项生物标志物（影像、脑脊液、血液等）的研究以及对AD的治疗和干预已经从中晚期提前到痴呆前期，
