摘要
目的:探究纳米碳淋巴示踪技术在胃癌微创根治手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将60例胃癌患者按照随机数表法随机抽取组成研究组和对照组,每组30例,对照组接受常规的胃癌微创根治术治疗,研究组在此基础上采用纳米碳淋巴示踪剂进行淋巴结标记,对两组患者的淋巴结检获进行比较。结果:研究组的淋巴结尤其是微小淋巴结的检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中患者第一站淋巴结黑染率最高,第二、第三站的黑染率相似(P>0.05),比第一站低(P<0.05);研究组患者黑染的淋巴结细胞阳性率高于未黑染的淋巴结细胞(P<0.05),两组患者的年龄,性别和术前肿瘤部位,肿瘤浸润程度以及TNM分期无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:纳米碳淋巴示踪技术在胃癌微创根治手术中,能够提高手术中微小淋巴结的检出率,提高对淋巴结和阳性淋巴结的清扫效率,并且有利于对胃癌患者的病理分期状况进行准确判断。
Objective:To investigate the the application results of nano-carbon lymphatic tracer techniques in minimally invasive radical surgery in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:60patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were selected from January 2010 to December 2013 in accordance with the random number table method and randomly divided into test group and control group,30 patients in the control group were received conventional minimally invasive resection of gastric cancer treatment and the experimental group were used nano carbon tracer in the lymph nodes mark this basis on conventional minimally invasive resection of gastric cancer treatment.The seized lymph nodes of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The lymph node detection rate of the test group was higher than the test group(P〈 0.05).The first station lymph rate of black dye was highest,black dye of the second,the third leg of the similar(before the test group were black stained lymph node cells was higher than non-black dyed lymph node cells(P〈 0.05),two groups of patients by age,sex and surgery(P〈 0.05),lower than the first station(P〈 0.05)the tumor site,no significant difference(P〈 0.05)the degree of tumor invasion and TNM staging.Conclusion:Nanocarbon lymphatic tracing technology in minimally invasive radical gastric surgery can improve surgical lymph node,especially small lymph node detection rate,improve lymph nodes and positive lymph node dissection efficiency,and it was beneficial for patients with gastric cancer staging status make accurate judgments.
