摘要
β痕迹蛋白(β-trace protein,BTP)亦称为lipocalin型前列腺素D合酶(1ipocalin-type prostagladin D synthase,L-PGDS),是一种糖基化、双功能单体蛋白质,具有催化前列腺素D2(PGD2)的合成和转运亲脂性物质的作用。近年研究显示,BTP具有抗炎症、抗血栓形成、抗细胞凋亡、抗动脉粥样硬化等心血管保护作用,可作为多个心血管疾病的良好标志物。本文就BTP在心血管疾病中的最新研究进展作一综述。
Summary β-trace protein, known as lipocalin type prostaglandin D synthase, is a N-glycosylated dual functional monomeric protein, and acts as a PGD2 producing enzyme and also as a lipophilic ligand-binding protein. More recently, BTP was found to have cardiovascular protection, such as antiatherogenic,antithrombogenic, anti- apoptotic, and antiinflammatory effects, and acts as good predictor to several cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the advanced research of BTP in cardiovascular disease.
