摘要
【目的】了解不同年龄健康个体血β痕迹蛋白(β-TP)与肾小球滤过率(GFR)和血管硬化的关系。【方法】82名健康志愿者,按年龄分为3组:A组,35~岁(30例);B组,50~岁(27例);C组,≥70岁(25例)。用MDRD公式估算GFR,即eGFR;行颈动脉彩超检查,测量颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(C—IMT);应用酶联免疫法测定β-TP的浓度。【结果】①eGFR随年龄增长而降低,≥70岁组同其他二纽相比,eGFR明显下降(P〈0.05)。男,女性eGFR降低在70岁以后才开始出现统计学差异(P〈0.01);50~岁及70岁以上两个年龄段男性eGFR比女性低,35~岁段较女性高,但这种差异性无统计学意义(P〉0.1)。②C-IMT随年龄增长而增加,≥70岁组与其他二组相比,C—IMT明显增加(P〈0.05)。男性和女性C—IMT增加趋势一致,均在70岁以上出现统计学差异(P〈0.05)。③eGFR与C—IMT呈负相关。④血β-TP在各年龄组间及不同性别间均无统计学差异(P〉0.1),血β-TP与eGFR及C—IMT无相关性(P〉0.1)。【结论】不同年龄各组血β-TP浓度无明显变化,且不随eGFR及CIMT变化,其不能做为预测衰老和血管硬化的指标。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between serum β-trace protein(β-TP) and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) or arteriosclerosis in healthy people of different ages. [Methods]According to the age, 82 healthy volunteers were divided into Group A( n =30, aged 35 years old), group 13( n =27, aged 50 years old) and group C( n =25, aged≥70 years old). GFR(eGFR) was calculated by MDRD formula. Carotid inti ma-media thickness(C-IMT) was measured by carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound. β-TP was detected by ELISA. [Results]eGFR decreased with the age. The decrease of eGFR in both male and female patients had significant difference in group C( P d0.01), eGFR in male patients of group B and group C was lower than that in female patients, eGFR in male patients of group A was higher than that in female patients, but there was no significant difference( P 〉0. 1). As compared with other two groups, C-IMT increased with the age( P 〈0.05). The increase of C-IMT in male patients was similar to that in female patients. There was statistical difference in the increase of C-IMT in group C between male and female patients ( P 〈0.05). The correlation between eGFR and C-IMT was negative. There was no statistical difference in serum β-TP among groups of different age and sex( P 〉0.1). There was no correlatin between serum β-TP and eGFR or C-IMT( P 〉0. 1). [Conclusion]Serum β-TP has no change in groups of different age and does not alter with the changes of eGFR and C-IMT. Therefore it is not as the marker for predicting the aging. Serum 13-trance protein can't be the aging and arteriosclerosis.
