摘要
魏晋南北朝之所以独特,一方面在于社会的动荡和政权的更替,另一方面在于文化的民族间交流和区域间碰撞。因此,它在丧葬文化的存续方面,形成了自己非常独特的因时、因事,甚至因人而变的文化现象,变革和适应传统:薄葬回归厚葬,等级制度依然主宰丧葬文化,区域与民族的丧葬文化差异巨大,相信风水能迅速改变命运,佛道等宗教信仰的文化进入民间丧俗之中。这些构成了魏晋南北朝丧葬文化的时代特征,并对后来不同朝代的丧葬文化持续地产生影响。
The particularity of Six Dynasties not only lies in the frequent regime changes and social unrest, but al- so in the cultural exchanges among different peoples and regions. As a result, funeral culture at that time devel- oped a unique cultural phenomenon that evolved based on the specific situation and group of people. In order to meet the requirements of the changing era and social needs, changes and adaptations occurred in funeral culture were as the following： the society re-embraced extravagant funerals instead of simple funerals, hierarchy systems still prevailed in society, huge differences among different peoples and regions were present, the belief in Feng- shui＇s determination on fate were prevailing, Buddhism and other religious culture became part of folk funeral customs. All those changes and adaptations together formed the funeral culture＇s characters in the Six Dynasties, which generated the continued influence on the funeral culture later on.
