摘要
桥式双梁起重机桥架主梁与端梁联接部位,其两金属结构件的腹板联接处,由原设计焊缝联接改进为弯板联接。其抗剪切强度增加一倍,解决了因焊接产生的不确定应力应变对桥架的影响,保证和控制了桥架几何形状和几何尺寸参数的准确,增加了桥架强度和刚度,确保了起重机整机装配后的技术性能和使用的安全可靠。
For double pendulum bridge crane frame, at the web connection of the two metal structural parts where the girder and the end beam are connected, the originally designed weld joint is replaced with bending plate connection. In this way, its shear strength is doubled, with which the impact of the uncertain stress-strain from welding is removed. The accuracy of geometric shape and geometric dimension parameters of the girder is guaranteed and controlled, the derrick strength and stiffness are improved, which guarantee the technical performance of the whole machine after assembling and the safety and reliability in operation.
