摘要
高职院校辅导员的隐性职业素养深刻地影响着学生的职业素质.阐述了高职院校辅导员隐性职业素养与学生职业素养的关系.分析了土建类高职院校辅导员应具备的隐性职业素养,以及社会对大学生职业素养的要求.论证了辅导员隐性职业素养对大学生职业素养教育的作用和意义.
Higher vocational conselors＇recessive professional quality affects students＇professional quality profoundly.This paper expounds the relationship between counselors＇recessive profes_sional quality and students＇professional quality.Meanwhile,it analyzes the recessive professional quality that counselors of civil engineering major in higher vocational colleges should have and the demands of society to college students＇professional quality.Based on that,it demonstrates the effect and significance of counselors＇recessive professional quality on college students＇professional quality education.
