摘要
本文在描述美军海上救护直升机救生力量培训体系的基础上,总结我军在海上直升机救生力量培训方面存在的问题,并提出由部队选拔、院校培训和实战考核组成的培训模式,以期为建立我军海上救护直升机救生员培训体系提供借鉴。
The article introduced the training system of the U .S.military helicopter maritime -salvage force, and summarized the problems existing in our training mechanism .The author put forward the training mode of maritime -salvage saver including three parts of company screening , college advanced training and combat exam -ination.
