摘要
文中从海上搜救值班人员和一线救援人员两个层面分析海上搜救人员面临的心理压力及表现,提出了提高海上搜救人员心理健康水平的相关对策。
This paper analyzes the psychological pressure and its performance relating to those responsible for watchkeeping and those carrying out maritime search and rescue activities, and puts forward some suggestions on measures to be taken to improve the psychological health of the personnel engaged in maritime SAR actions.
