CO2激光联合光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 比较CO2激光联合光动力与单用CO2激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的安全性及疗效.方法 88例肛周尖锐湿疣患者,按患者意愿分2组,观察组(41例)患者使用CO2激光+5-氨基酮戊酸盐(ALA)-光动力疗法(PDT)治疗.对照组(47例)仅用CO2激光清除疣体,12周后观察治疗效果,并记录不良反应.结果 观察组治愈率[80.49%(33/41)]高于对照组[59.57% (28/47)],复发率低于对照组(19.51% vs 40.43%),其差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.50,P<0.05).观察组创面愈合时间[(8.2±2.3)d]短于对照组[(13.5±3.4)d,t'=6.78,P <0.05];不良反应主要包括疼痛、红斑、色素沉着等,均可耐受.结论 CO2激光联合光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣治愈率高、复发率低.具有创面愈合时间快,不良反应轻可耐受的优点.
