摘要
目的分析和探讨中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效和安全性。方法选取于我院进行治疗的复发性尖锐湿疣的患者110例作为研究对象。按照入院先后顺序,将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,试验组患者采用中西医结合进行治疗。对两组患者的疗效和安全性进行分析。结果试验组患者的总体有效率为92.73%(51/55),高于对照组的72.73%(40/55),组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣具有较好的疗效。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods 110 cases of recurrent condyloma acuminatum in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. The patients in the experimental group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were analyzed. Results The overall curative rate of the experimental group was 92.73% （51/55）, which was higher than 72.73% （40/55） of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated Iraditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the Ireatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum can obtain significant curative effect.
