摘要
目的:探讨小脑上动脉的320排CT血管造影方法及其临床应用价值。方法:本文回顾性分析了我院50例行脑血管CT血管造影检查者的CT图像,对图像进行多平面重建、曲面重建、容积再现和最大密度投影三维重建,观察小脑上动脉的显示情况及其形态学特征。结果:50例患者.共显示125支小脑上动脉,其中93.6%起自基底动脉,其中测得的SCA重复变异率左侧8.8%,右侧10.4%,双侧重复变异率0.8%。小脑上动脉走行中在小脑上面的分支多为3-4支,分布到中脑和脑桥背面的分支多为2-3支。本组测得小脑上动脉的直径平均为(1.35±0.36)mm,与三叉神经接触的32支,占25.6%。结论:320排CT血管造影能够显示小脑上动脉的起始、管径、走行等形态学特征,为临床早期正确诊断小脑上动脉异常及选择治疗方式提供指导。
Objective:To investigate the method and clinical application of 320-detector row CT angiography of the superior cerebeUar artery. Methods:We reviewed 50 patients with routine cerebral CT angiography in our hospital. The obtained thin-slice images were reformatted by using multiplanar reconstruction, curved planar reformation, volume rendering and maximum intensity projection to evaluate superior cerebellar arteries. The visibility and morphological features of the superior cerebellar arteries were assessed. Results:The amounts of the superior cerebellar arteries was 125 in 50 patients and the 93.6% arteries arose from basilar artery, the incidence of duplicatecd superior cerebellar artery was 8.8% on the left, 10.4% on the right, and 0.8 % bilaterally. The branches of superior cerebellar artery supplied the superior surface of cerebellum, the dorsalolateral aspect of mesencephalon and pens were 3--4 branches, 2-3 brancbes. The mean diameter at starting point of the superior cerebellar arteries were measured as (1.35±0.36)mm, and 32 of the arteries had a point of contacting with the trigeminal nerve, which accounting for 25.6%. Conclusions:320-detector row CT angiography could accurately demonstrate the origin, caliber, course, morphological features of the superior cerebellar artery, therefore it is helpful for the early and accurate clinical diagnosis of morphological features abnormality of the superior cerebellar artery and guidance to choose treatment for patients.
