摘要
提出一种新型的锥阀减振调压技术,能够对锥阀动态性能进行改善。通过仿真得到了最优参数,按照参数生产了样机,对样机进行了动态特性的实验研究。结果表明:锥阀在加入独立阻尼调压装置以后,可以达到更好的动态性能,能够降低压力超调的同时,并且不会对响应时间造成影响。
The project team puts forward a new type of pressure regulating valve cone vibration reduction tech- nology which can help improve the cone valve dynamic performance. The optimal parameters was obtained by simu- lation, and prototype was produced according to the parameters, and dynamic characteristics of the prototype was researched. The results show that the cone valve which join independent damping pressure regulating device can reach better dynamic performance, reduce the pressure overshoot, and will not affect the response time.
