摘要 介绍了一种激光核聚变中冲击波观测镜真空密封结构的改进设计,并论述了O形圈的选取以及密封槽的设计方法。在改进设计中采用具有良好压缩和摆动性能的焊接波纹管取代金属波纹管,将原来的动密封改为法兰端面静密封,克服了动密封结构中O形圈与轴之间的摩擦力,提高了真空密封性能,方便了系统装配。改进设计中滑动、转动部件位于真空环境之外,故在部件中使用润滑油不会污染真空环境,使系统调节更加省力。 The improved design of hermetically sealed construction for shock wave viewing lens used in laser fusion was introduced. The methods of selecting O-ring ruber seal and design of seal groove were presented. Metal bellows was replaced by welding bellows in the improved design, as the latter has better performance in compressing and swing. The former dynamic seal was instead by gasket type seal at the end of flange, so the friction force caused by O-ring rubber seal was reduced, the capability of vacuum seal was improved, and the system assembly became easier. In the improved design, the translatable units are all out of the vacuum, thus using lubricating oil between those units would not pollute the vacuum environment ,and make system adjustment more energy conserving.
