摘要
随着社会对高技能人才需求的不断增加,技能人才在社会建设中担当起重要的责任。由于各种原因,在高职院校学生中出现了不同程度的心理问题,而且有些心理问题趋于普遍化,这些心理问题的存在必将影响人才培养的质量。通过对其心理现状和成因的分析,找到解决问题的方法和对策。
With the growing social demand for high skilled talents, skillful talents will play an important responsibility in the social construction of labor division. Due to various reasons, there are different degrees of psychological problems for higher voca-tional college students, and some psychological problems become more and more common, whose existence will affect the quality of talents training. Through the analysis on the psychological status and the causes, we try to find the solutions and countermeasures.
