摘要 鉴于水资源配置是一个多指标多层次的评价系统,各个指标权重值的计算结果直接影响着水资源配置的合理性。为了合理而精确地计算指标权重值,利用模糊层次分析(FAHP)法与熵权法相融合的方法,既反映了专家的社会经验,又依据具体指标数值进行分析计算,并根据两种方法融合到对方的先后次序不同,分为主观融入到客观方法与客观融入到主观方法两种综合赋权方法,取其平均值得到最终权重值。实例分析表明,相较单一的指标权重确定方法,综合赋权法的计算结果更合理可靠,可为实际工程指标权重计算提供借鉴。 As the allocation of water resources is an evaluation system with multi targets and multi levels,the calculation of the weight of each index value will affect the rationality of allocation of water resources directly.Based on numerical calculation and analysis of specific indicators,combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)method and entropy weight method is used to calculate index weight value reasonably and accurately,which reflects the expert's social experience.According to different priorities of two methods integration each other,it is divided into two combination weighting methods,which includes subjective integrating into objective and objective fusion of subjective.The ultimate weight value takes the average of two methods.Compared with the single index weight calculation method,example analysis shows that the results of comprehensive weight calculation method are more reasonable and reliable.Therefore,it can provide reference for weight index calculation in practical engineering.
