摘要 [目的]研究叉枝斑鸠菊中低极性成分及不同萃取部分的抗氧化活性。[方法]经溶剂提取后,以面积归一化法计算各组分含量。叉枝斑鸠菊以丙酮提取后分别以正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,并测定各提取部分对DPPH、还原能力,并与Vc进行对比。[结果]鉴定了29个化合物的,其含量占总检出峰的88.30%,并证实正丁醇萃取部分具有一定的抗氧化活性。[结论]通过对叉枝斑鸠菊低极性部分进行GC-MS分析及抗氧化活性测试,该植物有进一步研究的价值。 [ Objective ] To analyze the low-polarity chemical constituents and antioxidant activity of V. divergens. [ Method ] V. divergens were extracted with acetone and were isolated and identified by GC-MS method. The relative contents of the chemical constituents were deter- mined by area normalization method. [ Result] 29 compounds were detected and identified which accounted for 88.30 % of total low-polarity chemical constituents. V. divergens were extracted and concentrated successively with n-hexane, EtOAc, n-butanol to yield essential oils (EO), EtOAc extracts (EE) and n-butanol extracts (BE). The antioxidant activities of different parts were evaluated and compared with Vc as standard antioxidant in vitro against DPPH to give the results of antioxidant activity of V. divergens. [ Conclusion] V. divergens has further research value based on the GC-MS analysis and antioxidant activity research.
