摘要
滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)属于CD4+T细胞,定位于淋巴滤泡并具有协助激活B细胞和调节体液免疫应答的作用。硼,的分化依赖于复杂的信号调节网络,虽然其分化机制尚不清楚,但随着对肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族、信号转导淋巴细胞激活分子(SLAM)、程序性死亡因子-1(PD-1)、白细胞介素(IL)、可诱导性协同刺激分子(ICOS)以及ASCL等调控分子的研究,Tfh形成机制的复杂网络逐渐被认识。因而研究Tfh形成中的调控分子及其机制可为深入研究Tn,提供新的思路。
The T follicular helper cells (Tfh) located at folliculi lymphaticus,belong to CD4 + T cells. They can not only activate B cells, but also regulate humoral immune response. Tfh cells differentiation depended on complicated signal network, and the differentiation mechanism is not clear. With the researches on tumor nec- rosis factor superfamily, signalling lymphocytic activation molecule family members (SLAM), programmed death- 1 ( PD-1 ), interleukin, inducible T cell costimulator (ICOS) and achaete scute-like 2 ( ASCL2 ), the mechanism of Tfh cell formation is gradually clarified. This review introduces the regulatory molecules and their mechanisms on Tfh cell formation in order to provide the new ideas on studies of Tfh cells.
