摘要
滨海城市拥有绝对的区位优势和资源优势,是一个国家对外开放的窗口。滨海城市不仅是区域经济发展的热点,也是休闲旅游的重要载体,因此对滨海城市进行合理的空间规划,对有效利用滨海资源、促进滨海城市的发展具有重要的意义。国外一些滨海开放城市历史悠久,已经成长为经济发达、环境优美的现代化城市,其规划发展中积累了很多宝贵的经验。此文选取三个国际著名海港开放城市为案例,探讨这些滨海城市空间规划的历程、成效与经验,希望此研究能对我国未来滨海城市的空间规划建设提供借鉴,更好的发挥海港对城市经济的带动作用,以及滨海开放空间对城市宜居性的提升作用。
The coastal city owns obvious geographic advantages and resource advantage; it is the window opening to the outside world of a country. The coastal city is a hot issue for the development of regional economy, and it is an important carrier for leisure traveling, so reasonable space planning of coastal city is important for the efficient use of coastal resources and increasing urban development. Open coastal cities abroad have long history and it has been modern cities of economy developed and beautiful environment, throughout its development they accumulated a lot of invaluable experience. This article selects three international seaport cites as cases to discuss process、results and experience of three space planning, the author expect that this study want to offer references for space planning of our future space near the coast ,make the driving rol to economy work better and upgrade livable city.
