摘要
首先分析了广西北部湾钦州港、防城港、北海港、铁山港实现"四港合一"的必要性以及可实现的增效效益,接着分析了"四港合一"面临的困境,提出了实现"四港合一"的发展对策。
In this paper, we first analyzed the necessity for the integration of the Qinzhou port, Fangcheng port, Beihai port and Tieshan port of Beibuwan, Guangxi, as well as the gains to be realized, then studied the dilemmas expected in the process, and at the end proposed the countermeasures to realize the integration of the four.
