摘要
有杆泵抽油系统是油气田开发中占主导地位的采油设备,而泵功图的确定对于判断油井的工作状态具有重要意义。针对常规光杆示功图受到制造质量以及砂、蜡、含水、稠油和油井见聚等因素的影响,不能准确的反映泵实际工作状况问题,提出了对井下泵功图测试仪的研制思路,并通过载荷、位移传感器及电路系统的设计,实现了对泵示功图的采集,试验现场应用表明:研制的泵功图测试仪实现了抽油机井下示功图的采集与解释,一次下井测功图150张以上,单张采点数100点以上。
Sucker rod pumping system is a main oil production equipment in oil fields, and its indicator diagram is very important to the judgment of the conditions of oil wells. The indicator diagrams of conventional polish rod pumping systems do not accurately re- fleet the actual work conditions of oil pumps because they are influenced by the manufacture quality of the polish rods and sand, wax, water and oil well polymer breakthrough. For this reason, a downwell indicator diagram tester is developed, and the accurate indicator diagram can be obtained using it. Field tests show that the downwell indicator diagram tester can gather above 150 diagrams, and the data points of each diagram are above 100.
