摘要
油田数字化已经成为石油企业的发展趋势,功图量油技术已经成为油田数字化的核心技术之一。通过确立有效冲程的概念,建立了曲率计算模型和阀开闭点的计算模型,提出了一套有效冲程、泵的漏失量及油管内混合物体积系数的计算方法,并阐述了计算的关键步骤。依据cq油田六口直井、16个井次的实测数据进行分析计算,计算产液量与实测产液量的平均误差为7.21%,85%以上的井次的相对误差在10%以内,基本满足抽油井井口产液量计算的要求。
Oilfield digitization has become the development tendency of Oil Plant.Surface liquid yield measurement using dynamometer card(SLYMUDC)has become one of the core technologies of the digitization in oilfield.By establishing the concept of effective stroke,two computation models which used curvature and the location of valve's open and close,were set up.A computing method which covered effective stroke,leak volume of bump and volume coefficient of mixture in tubing was also set up.Taking cq 6 vertical wells and 16 groups of actual measurement data as example,the average error of liquid production between actual measuring and computation was only 7.21%,and the relative error was no more than 10%.
