摘要
分析中浓打浆对棉浆纤维形态及物理性能的影响。结果表明:中浓打浆能更好地保留纤维长度,纤维匀整性好,具有很高的物理强度和吸收性能,尘埃度有所降低,反应性能有所改善。对特种纸用浆及溶解浆而言,中浓打浆可提高产品质量。
Compared with the low consistency refining, analyzed the effect of medium consistency refining of cotton fiber morphology and physical properties. The results showed that the medium consistency refining had better fiber length, and the beating stability was good; meanwhile, the hand sheet which was made by medium consistency refining had better physical strength and absorption performance, dust decreased to some degree, reaction performance was improved. To the pulp of special paper and dissolving pulp, the medium consistency refining improved the quality of the products.
