摘要
对国内造纸企业常用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆的中浓打浆生产技术的使用效果进行了研究。与低浓打浆相比,中浓打浆技术能有效保留和提高阔叶木浆的固有强度和结合强度,阔叶木浆抄造纸张的各项物理强度指标均有提高,能耗降低36%左右,生产使用表明中浓打浆处理后的阔叶木浆能部分代替针叶木浆;对于针叶木浆,中浓打浆工艺以采用低浓预处理+中浓打浆为宜,纸张物理强度指标如裂断长、撕裂指数比低浓打浆提高10%~24%,能耗降低30%。
Practical application results of medium consistency refining of hardwood pulp and softwood pulp are discussed in the article. Medium consistency refining of hardwood pulp can preserve the fibers length and develop their bondability, paper strength such as breaking length, tear index can be improved 16%-53%, energy consumption drops about 36% compared with low consistency refining. The softwood pulp can be partially replaced by the hardwood pulp refined by medium consistency refining. The method of low consistency prerefining and followed by medium consistency refining is the optimum way for softwood pulp, paper strength such as breaking length, tear index can be improved by 10%-24%, energy consumption drop over 30% compared with the low consistency refining.
