摘要
高校基层组织工作科学化水平的高低,直接影响高校党建工作的开展和高校的科学发展。从科学发展和科学执政这两条主线来看,提升高校基层党建工作科学化水平必须坚持三个基本点,即:定位自身职责是高校基层党建工作的逻辑起点,队伍建设是高校基层党建工作的支撑点,党建工作方式方法的创新是高校基层党建工作的突破点。特别是在高校基层党建工作中要有新思维、新境界、新方法。
The level of working ability of the universities＇ grassroots organization influences party building work in universities as well as the scientific development of universities directly. From two main views of scientific development and scientific governance, improving the level of basic level party building work depends on the following three basic points： clearing one＇s duty and responsibility is the logical starting point, building a team is the supporting point and innovating the work method is the breakthrough point. Especially in university＇s basic level party building, it is significant to work with new thinking, new realm and new method.
