摘要
以社会学的社会运行理论为支撑,提出高校党建工作机制创新的原则,并以此构建组织领导机制、预警监测机制、保障机制、激励机制等"四位一体"的高校党建工作机制,促进高校党建工作的健康、持续发展,进一步提高党的建设科学化水平。
Based on the theories of sociology, the paper proposes the innovation principles of party con struction mechanism in colleges, in order to build four in one ＂party construction mechanism of colleges＂, including the leading mechanism, early warning and monitoring mechanism, guarantee mechanism, and in centive mechanism, with the purpose of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of party con struction and further improving the level of scientific construction of the party.
