摘要
介绍了一种基于气动肌肉的肘杆-杠杆串联力放大夹紧装置的设计创新思路和方法。分析和介绍了其工作原理及技术特点,并给出了夹紧力计算公式。设计的机构具有力输出大、结构美观、节能环保等特点。
A new innovation design idea of clamping device with toggle-lever force amplifying mechanism based on pneumatic muscle-driven are described. Its working principles and structure are analyzed. The graphic examples and corresponding formulas of output force are given. The clamping device has the characteristic of strong output force, high energy efficiency, non-polluting.
