摘要 基于冲击与自锁原理,以圆柱体为夹紧元件,设计了加工小角度斜面零件用夹具和装夹长方体类、圆柱体类零件的夹具,分别给出了它们的工作限制条件和力学计算公式。这几种夹具均具有结构简单、夹紧力大、操作方便、制造工艺性好等特点。 Based on the impacting and self-locking working principle, using cylinders as clamps, three kinds of manual clamping devices were designed. One of them is used for clamping workpieces with small angle inclined plane, other two kinds are used separately for rectangular paralleling workpieces and cylinder workpieces.
